VibeMatch Privacy Policy

VibeMatch is a dating and social discovery application operated by Pixel Innovations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information when you use the VibeMatch mobile application, website, backend services, and related features.

1. Age Requirement

VibeMatch is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using VibeMatch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information, profile information, photos and media, location information if permission is granted, messages and interactions, likes, reports, blocks, device information, diagnostics, app activity, advertising identifiers, IP address, and security logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, show eligible profiles, enable discovery and messaging, verify users, prevent fake or unsafe activity, improve app performance, display advertisements, measure ad performance, fix bugs, and comply with legal and safety obligations.

4. Information Visible to Other Users

Your display name, age or profile age field, gender where shown, bio, interests, profile photos, verification status, and selected profile details may be visible to other VibeMatch users. Messages are visible to the recipient.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with other users as required for app features, with service providers for hosting, notifications, analytics, security, maps, media, communication and advertising, or where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or enforcement reasons.

6. Third-Party Services

VibeMatch may use third-party services such as Google Play services, Google AdMob, Firebase-related services, location/map services, notification services, hosting providers, and media or communication SDKs. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Permissions

The app may request permissions such as camera, photos/storage, location, notifications, microphone, or similar permissions depending on enabled features. These permissions are used to provide app functionality such as profile photos, discovery, chat, safety, media, and notifications. You can manage permissions from Android device settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including HTTPS communication, restricted administrative access, account verification controls, password hashing where passwords are used, and monitoring for suspicious or abusive activity.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide VibeMatch services, maintain account security, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Some information may be retained where required for safety, legal, backup, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

10. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may request deletion of your VibeMatch account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@getvibematch.com. Please include your registered email address, phone number, user ID, or profile identity so we can locate your account. We may verify your identity before processing the request.

11. Children’s Privacy

VibeMatch is not intended for children or users below 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we may suspend or delete that account.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and may also be reflected inside the app.
